Community Partners

To better serve our local communities, Discovery Bay Insurance works hard to partner with nearby organizations to meet the needs of our neighbors. We are are actively involved with our town and its organizations.

Discovery Bay Insurance President, Glenn Hoffman, sits at the helm of the Discovery Bay Lions Club. When the members of the Lions Club get together, problems get smaller, and communities get better. That's because they help where help it is needed – in our own communities and around the world – with unmatched integrity and energy. Since 1983 the Discovery Bay Lions Club has raised over a million dollars for our great community. Fundraising events from Boat Shows, Concerts, Golf Tournaments, Boat and Motorcycle Poker Runs, Crab Feeds, Car shows and many more, have allowed us to provide help in many ways to so many kids and other organizations in Discovery Bay and beyond.

Discovery Bay Insurance is dedicated to helping out in our community and we enjoy the opportunities that arise from being a member of the Discovery Bay Chamber of Commerce. Last year, we have fingerprinted the kids and photographed them in their Halloween costumes during the Chamber Halloween Festival. During that event, we were invited by three dignitaries to our local school district’s Health & Wellness Fair. We gladly accepted as the only insurance company that offers the Digital I.D. Program called M.I.L.K. People responded positively to Discovery Bay Insurance for being involved in any program that helped with missing children.
